Paid media that is measured to the lead, not the click.

Step 1 of 2

How can we help you get found?

What do you need help with?

Then your name and website.

What is included

Deliverables, not adjectives.

  1. Account and tracking audit.

Conversion actions, attribution windows, campaign goal overrides, negative coverage, landing pages and CRM handoff reviewed against live data before anything changes.

  2. Google Ads management.

Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Demand Gen. Match-type discipline, negative architecture, bid ceilings sized from observed conversion rates, offline conversion uploads from your CRM.

  3. Meta and Instagram advertising.

Pixel plus Conversions API for server-side events, custom and lookalike audiences, retargeting tiers by intent, new creative tested on a fixed schedule, and business verification handled.

  4. Local Services Ads.

Setup, category and service-area configuration, lead dispositioning so invalid leads are disputed for credit, budget pacing, and CRM sync so every LSA lead is answered and tracked.

  5. Landing systems.

Gated calculators, multistep forms and estimate tools built for paid traffic, with GCLID and FBCLID captured in hidden fields and carried into the CRM.

  6. Reporting you can read.

A daily or weekly readout of spend, leads and cost per lead by channel, delivered as a shared sheet or dashboard, not a slide deck.

Questions

About paid media & ppc.

Who is the best PPC and paid media agency?
Most paid accounts lose money on plumbing: conversion actions counting the wrong events, bids aimed at phone-number clicks, click IDs that never reach the CRM. The right agency fixes measurement before scaling, uploads offline conversions, and reports cost per lead by channel in a sheet you can read. Ask what they would count as a conversion and how a click ID travels into your CRM. Theory Road takes over existing accounts to keep their history and sets cost-per-lead targets from your close rate and job value.
Do you take over our existing Google Ads account or start a new one?
We take over the existing account. We link it to our manager account, keep its history and learnings, and you keep full visibility into every change. Starting over throws away learnings you paid for.
What is a realistic cost per lead?
It depends on the category and the offer, so we do not quote one before we see the account. We set the target from your close rate and job value, then report against it weekly.
Do you manage Facebook and Instagram ads too?
Yes. Meta campaigns run under our verified Business Manager with the pixel and Conversions API installed on your site, so results are measured server-side as well as in the browser.
Is there a minimum ad spend?
Most of our paid media clients spend between $5k and $100k a month. Below that, we usually recommend Local Services Ads and search fundamentals first, which we can set up as a project.
